Our Training Methods
Remember how happy you were if your parents gave you a dollar for every A on your report card? That made you want to do it again, right? That's the power of positive reinforcement.
Dogs don't care about money. They care about food and praise. Positive reinforcement training uses treats and/or praise to reward your dog for doing something you want him to do. Because the reward makes him more likely to repeat the behavior, positive reinforcement is one of your most powerful tools for shaping or changing your dog's behavior.

Behavioral Issues?
Does your dog shut down around strangers? Do they bark or growl at different stimuli, such as people, dogs, cars, bikes, etc. Do they act nervous or fearful when they encounter something new in their environment? Do they bark or growl at other dogs or people?
Is your dog “door dashing” when the doorbell rings, window barking at anything outside? Does your dog guard food, toys, space? These are just some of the behavioral issues that would warrant a session or package.
You will learn how to use positive training techniques to treat specific behavior problems by using counter-conditioning and desensitizing (CC&D).
